Color change standard:
when oxygen-free(O2＜0.1%): from lilac to pink
When Oxygen available (O2＞0.5%): from light blue to blue.
The presence of Oxygen can be seen from the color change, this card can be reused 4-5times.
The oxygen indicator uses the change of color of the indicator point on the card to intuitively indicate whether oxygen is present (with oxygen concentration greater than 0.5%) or absent (with oxygen concentration less than 0.1%) in a closed container, replacing the complicated oxygen meter detection means, and is convenient to use and reliable in performance. The oxygen indicator can be used together with deoxidizer to decide whether the sealing with oxygen scavenging is effective. The oxygen indicator is used for oxygen-free management and can detect whether the vacuum container leaks and indicate the approximate range of oxygen concentration in the nitrogen-filled packaging container.
(1) Reversibility of change of color: According to the presence or absence of oxygen in the container, the color of the oxygen indicator can change reversibly from blue to red and from red to blue for many times.
(2) Reaction time for change of color: When the oxygen indicator is used in combination with oxygen scavenger, the oxygen indicator turns red within 4 hours after the oxygen concentration drop to 0.1%. When oxygen enters from outside, the oxygen indicator will turn blue within 30 minutes. (Situation at 25℃)
(3) Indicating the range of oxygen concentration: When the oxygen concentration in the sealed container is less than 0.1%, the oxygen indicator is red; When the oxygen concentration in the sealed container is less than 0.5%, the oxygen indicator is blue;GJB7121-2011

(1) When the oxygen indicator, which is red when oxygen-free, is taken out from the outer package, it will turn blue within 1 minute and can be used at ease. After the oxygen indicator in need is taken out with unpacking the outer package, the rest shall be immediately deoxidized and sealed with deoxidizer.
(2) When used in combination with deoxidizer to seal up articles, the oxygen indicator, together with the deoxidizer and the articles ready to seal can be put into the container at the same time. Locate the indicator at a position convenient for observation.
(3) Do not expose and use the indicator from outside the inner packaging bag so as not to contaminate the sealed articles or to be eaten by mistake. In case of eating by mistake, the oxygen indicator is non-toxic and thus harmless to the human body.
(4) The temperature is better 2 - 40℃ when using the oxygen indicator with relative humidity of the environment being RH30% - 100%. It should be kept and used without direct sunlight. The oxygen indicator should be stored under oxygen-free and low temperature (2 - 10℃) and dark conditions.
(5) The oxygen indicator can be used to indicate the presence or absence of oxygen, but it cannot be used on occasions where gas and heat are generated.
